The current BTC Company’s Executive Management continues its work and begins its new five-year mandate in July without any changes in its structure.

Compliant with the confirmation by the company’s Board of Directors, Damjan Kralj, M.Sc., the Chief Executive Officer, Rajko Čvorovič, the Chief Financial Officer and IT Systems, and Miha Mermal, the Chief Marketing and Sustainability Officer, will continue implementing the current company’s development strategy also in the new five-year mandate.

Upon starting the new mandate, Damjan Kralj, M.Sc., the Chief Executive Officer at the BTC Company, said that their efforts will build on the past business results that represent a solid foundation to continue implementing the development strategy in the period to come. He also added: ”Current Management will continue with the company’s multidimensional development, the development of the innovation ecosystem, partnership cooperation, and focusing on sustainable development.”

In the next mandate, the company’s focus will be on partnership collaboration, openness to innovation and new solutions, engagement of stakeholders and the implementation of sustainability efforts.
