The new, fully renovated Big Bang Mega store, the largest Big Bang store in Slovenia, opened in BTC City Ljubljana. The new flagship store will elevate the consumer experience to a whole new level and bring added value to BTC City as a modern shopping destination. The renovation followed a joint investment made by Big Bang and BTC in the amount of 2 million euros.
Although the Big Bang Mega store in BTC City Ljubljana will remain a one-stop shop for a wide range of home and entertainment electronics, telecommunication products and major appliances, it is now also much more than that: it is a space of innovation, technology and the future.
The store’s new “wow-experience” concept will excite even the most indifferent visitors with a presentation of the latest technology trends in Big Bang’s product gallery, which will allow visitors to test out and experience the sound and image quality of products belonging to some of the best brands in the world, admire modern interoperable kitchen appliances and appreciate technological solutions supporting an active and healthy lifestyle. The toughest and most sophisticated visitors will feel right at home in the special Game Gang Arena, where they will be able to try out the latest gaming equipment or compete in tournaments. And that’s not all. The renovated store is also introducing new purchasing techniques, with customers being able to enhance their shopping experience with interactive tablets and holograms.
Upon the opening, Damjan Kralj, M.Sc., CEO of the BTC company, commented on the transformation of BTC City: “Big Bang, who we have been collaborating with for over 25 years, is one of BTC’s strategic partners owing to a shared interest, which is to provide our customers with the best multi-channel shopping experience possible. We are proud that an increasing amount of partners are recognising BTC City as the right location for their lead retail stores. As a result, BTC City Ljubljana is transforming into a hub of new technologies, innovative approaches and advanced flagship stores with strong views of what’s to come.”
