In the scope of the new GO+ offer, users of the Avant2Go system may now rent Tesla vehicles and pick them up in front of the Crystal Palace in BTC City Ljubljana. These electric vehicles boast a longer range.

Users of the Avant2Go system – according to the reports by the company Avant Car, there should be close to 50 thousand Avant2Go users in Slovenia – will have the possibility of renting Tesla vehicles through the mobile app. This is the first opportunity of this kind in Slovenia and a new developmental step which introduces long-range electric vehicles with more space in the existing co-sharing system. Tesla vehicles will be available for pick-up at the location in BTC City Ljubljana as part of the new programme offer for GO+ users.

Slovene (car-sharing) users of Avant2Go electric vehicles will be able to follow the existing simple and fast procedure – through the mobile app – to rent Tesla Model 3. This is an electric car by the manufacturer who is regarded as the pioneer of mass electric mobility and a car which is today among the top selling cars in the world.

Model 3 comes with a sizable car battery with the usage capacity of 75 kWh which means that it can allow users to drive even more than 500 kilometres on a single charge (in favourable conditions). On top of that, Avant Car promises that the price of renting these vehicles will include their charging at Tesla’s supercharger points which is a significant advantage when it comes to driving longer distances.

Tesla vehicles with the Avant2Go label will be available at select locations, first at the location in BTC City Ljubljana. Compliant with the existing partnership cooperation with the BTC Company in the field of sustainable mobility, which already in 2016 successfully introduced the Avant2Go car-sharing and which has been upgraded over the years and last year saw the introduction of co-sharing delivery vehicles, this year, the location in front of the Crystal Palace will be the first to offer renting of Go+ Tesla vehicles. The same as with the delivery vehicles, the Go+ Tesla vehicles will need to be delivered to the same location (in front of the Crystal Palace).
