Dear Sir/Madam,

We have obtained some information from our fellow citizens regarding a news broadcast made on several Slovenian radio stations that the BTC City area was closed due to a gas leakage.
We would like to inform you that our technical support services have looked into the matter and concluded that there is actually no gas leakage in the BTC City area. Access to all areas of BTC City is open and traffic is running normally.
According to our technical support services there is a gas leakage in some parts of Bratislavska street, however the area of BTC City is not endangered.

We kindly ask you to immediately notify the general public of this in order not to create any unnecessary panic. There are in fact no plausible reasons to not visit the area.
